The treatment will be
carried out using the latest developed
equipment by highly trained technicians
according to the industries Best Standards
in Termite Management.
The objective of applying a termiticide to
the soil is to provide an unbroken chemical
barrier between the concrete in the
structure & the termite colonies in the
soil. Thus termiticide will be applied
thoroughly and uniformly to block all routes
of termite entry. Treatment is required
around all pipes, utility conduits
& foundations.
The treatment method
will depend on the type of soil, grading,
water table and presence of drainage, tile
and well location. The design of the
structure, location of the colony, severity
of the infestation in the area and the
termite species and its behavior will also
be considered. The overall principal in
termite control is to make it impossible for
termites to move between their nests in the
ground

Pre Construction Termite
Treatment
The treatment should be carried out
before laying the foundation to the trenches
or
concrete slab to the floor.
The laying of the foundation or
concrete slab should be done immediately
after the
treatment
Holes (diameter-18-22mm) will
be drilled at 3 feet intervals along the
perimeter of
the building (inside & outside)
Termiticide will be injected to the
holes at 5 liters of mixed solution per hole
using a
high pressure termite pump
The entire floor area (soil)
will be treated at the rate of 5 liters of
mixed solution
using a high pressure termite pump
Termiticide will be used
according to the manufactures specifications
on the label.
Treatment will be carried outside the
perimeter of the building
free of charge

Post Construction Termite Treatment
Treatment will be carried out by drilling
18 22 mm diameter holes at 2 to 3 feet
intervals along the perimeter
of the building & the depth of hole will be
approx. 540 mm.
Special barrier treatment will be carried
along the outside perimeter of the building
to
prevent termites
entering the structure. Holes would be
drilled at 1-11/2 feet
intervals.
At the pantry area, holes will be drilled
at 1.5 - 2 feet intervals
A repellent or non repellent termiticide
will be injected to the holes using a high
pressure termite pump
according to manufacture specifications.
All wooden door frames, window frames,
cupboards, racks, pantry & skirting will
be
treated totally free.
This treatment will exterminate the termite
infestation and protect against
re-infestation.

General Information
Thickness of the termite treatment zone
should at least 100mm thick
All the termiticide could be used by only
authorized pest control services providers
Termiticide would be sprayed at 4-5 liter
of mixed solution at per square meter
Termiticide will be injected to the
drilled holes at 4-5 liters per hole
Termite inspection will be carried out at
your premises once in six months.
Most of the termiticide will bind with
soil within 30 minutes after applying the
termiticide

Customer Co-operation
1.
The entire floor area should be well
compacted, cleared & ready for the
treatment.
2. All wooden debris should be removed from
the soil before compacting the soil.
3.
The concrete slab should be laid on the
soil immediately after the treatment or with
in
24 hours & the
drilled holes also should be sealed
immediately.
4.
If the concrete is not laid immediately
after treatment, we recommend to cover the
treated area using
polythene( gauge not less than 800)
5.
The barrier (floor soil) should not be
disturbed after the treatment for any
reason.
6.
Proper drainage system should be in place
to prevent moisture
7.
Pets & children should be out of the

&
four hours after
